Heard learned counsel for the appellants.
This is an appeal filed under Section 18-C of the Enemy Property Act, 1968 by which the appellants challenge the order dated 18.07.2018 issued by Additional District Magistrate (Finance/Revenue)/ In-charge Officer Enemy Property, Saharanpur by which the Additional District Magistrate has directed the Deputy Collector to follow up the direction which are issued on 11.10.2013 by the Custodian of Enemy of Property for India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, respondent no.1.
In the letter aforesaid dated 18.07.2018 the Additional District Magistrate has directed the Deputy Collector to carry on the directions of respondent no.1 which are issued in the year 2013 and are yet not complied with even after expiry of the period of five years.
Having heard the learned counsel for the appellants, I find no error in the impugned order. No case is made out to interfere in the matter at this stage. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
It is open to the appellants to approach the appropriate authority and file their grievance if so advice.
