C. M. Application No. 12559 and 12561 of 2016.
1. Application Nos. 12559 and 12561 of 2016 seek Condonation of delay in filing application for recall of order dated 10.07.2013.
2. We have referred to the order sheet. It is apparent that the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 06.11.2013. It appears that by error wrong date of order has been mentioned. We accordingly would deal with the order dated 06.11.2013.
3. We find that the application has been filed after more than two years. It is not in dispute that Sri A.K. Tiwari was the counsel in the main case. Although the list was revised, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners to press the petition on 06.11.2013.
4. No such ground has been taken in the application that entitles, passing an order in favour of the petitioner-applicant.
5. Dismissed.
