Learned AGA, Sri Sanjay Sharma is present who argued that this revision has been filed against the summoning order passed by the lower court.
From perusal of record it transpires that revisionist was summoned vide order dated 2.7.1992, passed by VIth Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad in Case No. 621 of 1991 (Smt. Nazerin Vs. Julfiqar) under sections 498A IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Pokbara, Distt. Moradabad. It further transpires that O.P. no. 2- Smt. Nazerin was harassed by revisionists for demand of dowry.
There is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order dated 2.7.1992.
Therefore, the revision is dismissed. Stay order dated 23.11.1992, stands vacated.
