This Court vide order dated 20.02.2020 has disposed of the writ petition directing the applicant to take remedy under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, after serving a copy of the Writ Court order.
Having gone through the record, I do not find that till date the petition under section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, has not been filed.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is dismissed, at this stage, with liberty to the applicant to comply the order dated 20.02.2020, by instituting a petition under section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 alongwith copy of the Writ Court order.
