Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner wants a license to run a retail shop for selling meat.
For the purposes of obtaining a license to run a shop, petitioner has to move appropriate application before the Nagar Panchayat, Sultanpur Chilkana, District Saharanpur, within whose jurisdiction the area of the shop falls. We do not find that the petitioner has made any such proper application.
In view of the above, we dispose off the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application in the prescribed form before the respondent no.3 and in case any such application is filed, it shall be considered in accordance with law.
