Both the parties appeared in person along with their counsel. Both have agreed to settle their dispute amicably. The appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2 lacs towards permanent maintenance for which the respondent has agreed. The amount shall be paid within two months. Out of the aforesaid amount Rs. 1 lac shall be paid within ten days and the balance amount shall be paid within two months. On the payment of the aforesaid amount, all the matters relating to matrimonial, civil and criminal natures shall stand withdrawn. Both the parties are directed to file a joint affidavit by tomorrow.
