The contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnors /respondents for committing contempt by their wanton and willful disobedience, of the order dated 24.09.2014, in W.P.(MD)No.3291 of 2013 of this Court. After filing this contempt petition, it appears that the respondents have disbursed the terminal benefits due to the petitioner by proceedings dated 22.05.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner admits the receipt of copy of proceedings dated 22.05.2017. Hence recording the compliance of direction of this Court, this contempt petition is closed.
