The present revision has been filed for setting aside the summoning order dated 1.7.2009 passed by A.C.J.M., Kasia, District Kushinagar in complaint case No.1765 of 2009 (Zarina Khatoon Vs. Ziyaul Rahman and others), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 & 3/4 D.P. Act.
I have gone through the record as well as summoning order dated 1.7.2009 passed by A.C.J.M. Kasia, District Kushinagar. There is no illegality or perversity in the summoning order. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
