If that be a case, applicants are directed to appear before the Fast Track Court (Junior Division), Mahila Court, Azamgarh where their case is pending, with an application for mediation where complainant is already appearing and if such application is moved, then after receiving consent of opposite party no. 2 before this Court, learned Fast Track Court (Junior Division), Mahila Court, Azamgarh, may pass appropriate orders for mediation.
