Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
After arguing, at length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be satisfied, if the petition is withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the third respondent-Additional Director Grade-II, Animal Husbandry, Bareilly Region, Bareilly.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
It is clarified that before passing any order on the representation of the petitioner, the fourth respondent-Sri Manish presently working in the office of the Deputy Director Grade-II, Department of Animal Husbandry, Bareilly, shall be heard.
