1. The petitioner has described itself as a registered society under the Firms and Societies Registration Act. No other fact regarding the membership of the petitioner society or with respect to the objects of its formation have been disclosed in the writ petition.
2. In that background, challenge raised to the property tax assessment scheme, by the present petitioner is found to be misconceived as the petitioner has not shown to have any cause of action.
3. Reserving the right to raise challenge in the writ petition to the affected parties, the present petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
