The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to expedite the hearing of Original Suit No. 705 of 2008.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that one of the defendant had filed written statement long back while the other defendants have not filed their written statement and date is being fixed for such purpose.
Since the suit is of the year 2008, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that the trial court shall make endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
