The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 546 of 2009 expeditiously.
It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the private defendants could not be served so far. He further states that steps have been taken to serve them by publication in newspaper.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as service upon all the defendants is held sufficient, the trial court shall proceed to decide the suit expeditiously having regard to the fact that it is pending since the year 2009.
