1. Heard Sri Akhilesh Srivastava, Advocate for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State as well as Sri M.F. Ansari, Advocate for Respondent-2.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed praying for quashing of entire proceedings in Case No. 1988 of 2004 (State vs. Jiyaur Rehman) under Sections 409, 120B IPC, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bulandshahar.
3. Learned counsel for parties have filed a joint affidavit stating that parties have entered into compromise and application may be decided in terms of compromise.
4. In view thereof, application is allowed. Proceedings in Case No. 1988 of 2004 (State vs. Jiyaur Rehman) under Sections 409, 120B IPC, are hereby quashed.
