Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant is behind the bar since 23.5.2007. There are no reported criminal antecedents against the applicant. Co-accused Vikash Chaube has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 14.6.2010 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 14834 of 2010.
Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced, the applicant is entitled for bail.
Let the applicant Ziaul Rehman involved in Case Crime No. 135 of 2010 under Sections 3/4/5/7 of Immoral Traffic(Prevention) Act, 1956 Police Station Chetganj District Varanasi be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
