1. This Court, by order dated 27.06.2012, has issued notice only for the limited purpose for issuing directions and considering the grievance of the petitioner, making it returnable on 29.06.2012 i.e. today.
2. Today, in response to the aforesaid order, Mr.Abhishek Mehta, learned counsel appears for M/s.Trivedi and Gupta for respondent No.1-Corporation and states on instructions that respondent No.1-Corporation shall examine the issue involved in the present petition after hearing the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel Mr.Mehta, the petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
4. It is however, made clear that this Court has not opined anything on merits and on the grievance voiced and/or raised by the petitioner. The respondent No.1-Corporation shall take appropriate decision as per the statement made by learned counsel Mr.Abhishek Mehta on its own merits without being influenced by the present order.
