… PETITIONER … RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-1 TO RELEASE THE COMPENSATION AMOUNT OF RS.1,00,000/- TO THE PETITIONER FROM THE CHIEF MINISTERS RELIEF FUND BY CONSIDERING THE LETTER DTD.7.5.2015 OF THE R-2 VIDE ANNEX-A AND THE REPRESENTATION DTD.27.2.2017 VIDE ANNEX-B, FORTHWITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Jagadeesh D.C., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent No.1 to release the compensation amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner from the Chief Ministers Relief Fund by considering the letter dated 07.05.2015 bearing No.MAG:VAHI: 133/2013-14 of the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-A and the representation dated 27.02.2017 vide Annexure-B forthwith in accordance with law.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation with regard to her grievance to the competent authority. Needless to state that if such a representation is made, the competent authority shall decide the same within four months from the date of receipt of such representation by a speaking order in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
