Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The petitioner is the original complainant who has lodged the First Information Report dated 21.9.2020 which is registered as Case Crime No. 313 of 2020 by Police Station Pahasu, District Bulandshahr.
By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for commanding the respondents to investigate and arrest the accused persons forthwith and further prayed to protect her and her family members from the accused involved in the aformentioned case.
Learned counsel for the State submits that they would orally communicate the police authorities to see that the investigation is properly carried out in the aforementioned case crime number.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the authority concerned shall take all action to see that proper investigation as per the provision of Cr.P.C. is carried out for the aforementioned case crime number by the In-charge Police Station Pahasu, District Bulandshahr.
