This speaking to minutes has been filed Mr.D.R.Bhatt, learned advocate for the applicant for correcting order dated 21-3-2012 passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.3342 of 2012. It is stated that instead of mentioning as "C.R.No.I-19 of 2012", it has been mentioned as "C.R.No.I-12 of 2012" in paragraphs 1 and 4 of the order and hence, it is requested that the order be corrected accordingly.
Under the circumstances, the words and figures "C.R.No.I-12 of 2012" as mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 4 of the order dated 21-3-2012 passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.3342 of 2012 are corrected to read as "C.R.No.I-19 of 2012". Office to issue a fresh writ accordingly.
