1. This petition has been filed with a direction to the learned trial court Civil Judge, Senior Division, Haweli, Azamgarh to decide the application paper no.6c filed on 30.08.2019 in case no.2071 of 2019 (Zaved Ahmad vs. Faridul Haque and other). The petitioner has filed the photo-copy of the order sheet and the said Suit, it appears that the matter was listed on several occasions, in the meantime but either the lawyers were on strike or the Presiding Officer was not present in Court. On 14.11.2019 an ad-interim injunction has been given to the plaintiff on no objection of the defendants therein to maintain status-quo. It appears that a dispute with regard to non-joinder of necessary party.
2. In such circumstances, this Court cannot asked the learned trial court to disposed of the application paper no.6C within a specified time period.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
