The petitioners as usual are claiming protection as they have married of their own free will against the wishes of their parents/relatives.

"Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks time to apply for online registration of petitioners marriage and file a supplementary affidavit in this regard.
Put up this matter again on 30.07.2021 as fresh before the appropriate Bench. "
On 30.7.2021 following order was passed:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks further time to file a supplementary affidavit annexing therewith copy of application filed for registration of marriage.
Put up this case as fresh on 18.8.2021. "
Today no one is present to press this petition and no supplementary affidavit has been filed as earlier directed by this Court.
In such view of the matter, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
