Smt. Zarina Bano (petitioner-1) has been produced from Rajkiya Balgrih (Balika), Swarup Nagar, district Kanpur Nagar by Rajabeti (HC 8171), Fatma (HC 130) and HC Ganga Charan.
Smt. Zarina Bano (petitioner-1) states that she has voluntarily married with Hari Kant (petitioner-2) and wants to go with him. In her medical examination report dated 10.7.2017 her age has been shown as below 18 years. Although in the short counter affidavit her date of birth has been stated as 7.7.2003 but medical examination report she has been below 18 years of age.
In view of the statement of Smt. Zarina Bano (petitioner-1) this habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. Zarina Bano (petitioner- 1) is set at liberty forthwith and is permitted to go with Hari Kant (petitioner-2).
