THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner in the above writ petition has sought to direct the second respondent-Special Land Acquisition Officer to allow the petitioner’s representation dated 19.06.2015 vide Annexure-F for disbursement of compensation with respect to Sy.No.6 measuring 8 acres situated at Singahalli, Jala Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk.
2. The matter is heard at length on several occasions.
3. Today, Sri Ashok N. Nayak, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that the entire amount in respect of Sy.No.6 of Singahalli, Bengaluru North Taluk has been already deposited before the Deputy Commissioner.
4. The submission is placed on record.
5. In view of the above, the prayer sought in the present writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed off.
6. However, it is needles to observe that it is for the aggrieved parties to take necessary steps, in accordance with law.
