Notice on behalf of the opposite party no.1 and 5 has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel and for opposite parties no. 2, 3 and 4 by Mr. S.S. Asthana, learned Advocate.
The petitioner has raised the dispute of electricity bill for which he has already made a representation to the Executive Engineer, Lucknow Electricity Supply Administration (LESA) i.e. opposite party no.4, which is pending for consideration.
Without entering into the merits of the case the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to opposite party no.4 to proceed with the case and take the decision within 15 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him. Till decision is taken on the petitioner's case, the petitioner shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned recovery certificate.
