Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
The petitioner has retired from the post of Heavy Rig Driller, Minor Irrigation Department on 30.06.2015. After the retirement of the petitioner, his entire retiral dues have been paid but the respondents are not paying his pension since 05.08.2021. In this respect, several representations have been submitted to respondent-authorities requesting them to release his pension.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have neither considered his representation nor have paid any heed to his representation.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the respondent no.3-The Treasury Officer, District Banda alongwith the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court, Allahabad raising all his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.
