1. By way of this petition, present petitioner challenges the termination order dated 21.3.2012 passed by the respondents Authority.
2. Learned advocate Mr. Vyas appearing for the petitioner stated that against the said termination order, the petitioner preferred Appeal on 27.3.2012 before the respondents, which is pending now and therefore, he stated that the respondents may be directed to decide the Appeal at the earliest.
3. Learned advocate Mr. Vakil for the respondents stated that the respondents will decide the Appeal of the petitioner, on or before 28.12.2012. He will inform the respondents by sending copy of this order.
4. In view of the above, the matter is adjourned to 8.1.2013.
