[ORDER on CM Application No. 1695 of 2014] Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Cause shown for non-appearance is found to be sufficient. It is not seriously opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
The order dated 16.12.2013, dismissing the writ petition for default, is recalled.
The writ petition is restored to its original number.
Interim order initially granted on 05.10.2012 is also revived, and shall continue to operate till further orders.
