1. The present application u/s.5 of the Limitation Act has been preferred by the applicant herein - original plaintiff to condone the delay in preferring the Civil Revision Application.

2. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents. Hence, there is no opposition to the present application.

3. Considering the averment in the application to condone the delay and sufficient cause has been shown, the present application is allowed and delay caused in preferring the Civil Revision Application is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
