1. The present application u/s.5 of the Limitation Act has been preferred by the applicant herein - original defendant to condone the delay of 14 days in preferring the Civil Revision Application.
2. Having heard Mr.Kashyap Joshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr.P.M.Lakhani, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent and as delay caused in preferring the Civil Revision Application is sufficiently explained, the present application is allowed and delay caused in preferring the Civil Revision Application is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
