This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this court in W.P(MD)No.10140 of 2008, dated 16.12.2014.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent Electricity Board that against the order passed in the above writ petition, writ appeal is preferred in W.A(MD)No.938 of 2016 and in CMP(MD)No.5609 of 2016 in W.A(MD)No.938 of 2010, interim order was passed on 09.06.2016.

3.Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
