Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not annexed the relevant documents along with the writ petition and that the writ petition is incomplete in many ways.
He therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
In view of the above, as the petition is defective, we dismiss the same as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, if necessary.
