JUDGMENT / ORDER

This note has been filed by the original applicant seeking correction in the order dated 7.6.2012 wherein the person has to report before Gomtipur police station instead of which it is typed as Gomtinagar police station. Such defect shall be corrected accordingly.
Request is also made for correction in the original petition wherein the prisoner is shown to be at Sabarmati central jail whereas he is presently placed at Himmatnagar sub-jail. Such correction is permitted. It shall be carried out in the original proceedings accordingly.
Note is disposed of.
