The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation case being Case No.00292/2021 (Computerized Case No.T- 202115060100292) (Smt. Zahida Khatoon vs. Akhtar Azam) under section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Case No.00292/2021 (Computerized Case No.T-202115060100292) (Smt. Zahida Khatoon vs. Akhtar Azam) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
