Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that partition decree passed in a suit between the parties has not been implemented in its totality.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner may avail one of the two remedies. She may either apply for execution of the partition decree in its totality or she may approach the contempt court as it is sought to be contended that the partition decree has not been executed fully, despite directions of the writ Court.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
