Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the application for issuance of fire arm licence dated 28.12.2018 filed by him under is pending before the respondent No.1, District Magistrate Rampur, District Rampur since 2018 and not being decided.
This petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent aforesaid to decide the aforesaid application within period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
