Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has made a prayer to quash the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 29.09.2018 in Criminal Case No. 221 of 2011 arising out of Case Crime No. 944 of 2008, u/s 363, 366, 376 IPC, P.S. Nonahara, District Ghazipur, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good reason to interfere into the matter or pass any direction in this regard.
Accordingly, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is rejected. Order Date :- 22.2.2019 Nisha
