JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, the Secretary of a voluntary Association, complains that the 3rd and 4th respondents have not been extending the benefits of various labour legislations that are applicable to them. They have submitted Ext.P2 representation to the 2nd respondent. They complain that no orders have been passed thereon till date. Adv.Sri.Gopikrishnan Nambiar appears for the 4th respondent.
2. Since Ext.P2 is pending consideration of the 2nd respondent, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing Ext.P2 to be considered.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of production of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to all the interested parties.
