JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the circumstance of the Assessing Officer having filed a statement that the dues based on which the detention was made, were paid up only after the detention; no further proceedings need be taken by this Court as per the interim order dated 03.06.2014. The petitioner has also got release of his goods from the authority. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed.
