It appears from the record that Criminal Appeal No.234 of 2009 filed by the State against the acquittal of the applicant by the Sessions Court is pending before the Division Bench of this Court. In view of the above, office is directed to place this matter before the appropriate Bench after obtaining orders from the Honourable the Chief Justice.
