JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
A. D. Shah, learned advocate for the applicants states that the agreed draft for divorce by mutual consent shall be sent to U. K. for obtaining the signatures of accused No.1 and that he expects to receive the same by 3rd April, 2012. The matters are, therefore, adjourned to 9th April, 2012 on which date, the affirmed/signed copies of the said documents shall be produced before this Court whereupon, the respondent No.2 after perusing the same, shall do the needful.
