JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
A.D. Shah, learned advocate for the applicants has produced a copy of the agreed draft for divorce by mutual consent, after obtaining the signature of the accused No.1. The respondent No.2-Krimaliben Gothana is present before the Court and has perused the signed draft. Both the parties agree to file the agreed draft for divorce by mutual consent in the court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bharuch on 11th April 2012.
The respondent No.2-Krimaliben Gothana has voiced an apprehension regarding her security while going to the court at Bharuch and requests that she may be granted police protection for the purpose of going to the said court.
In case, the respondent No.2-Krimaliben Gothana makes an application seeking police protection, the concerned officer shall consider the same and provide her necessary police protection.
Stand over to 24th April 2012.
