1. The present application has been preferred by the party-in-person Yuvrajsinh Sardarsinh Parmar, who is personally present and seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However, he states that his application is not properly considered by the Jail Authority and he was asked to move the District Collector.
2. Therefore, if the ground is thereof medical treatment of his wife, the applicant should be able to make an application to the Registrar of this Court.
3. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, it is observed that if the applicant makes an application in future on account of any unavoidable ground with the medical papers, to the Registrar of this Court, the Jail Authority shall forward the same, which may be considered, in accordance with law.
4. The present application is disposed of as withdrawn accordingly.
