It is submitted by learned advocate, Mr.Popat for the applicant that on the basis of Crime Register Nos.26 of 2011 and 152 of 2011 registered with Pandesara Police Station, notice dated 15-9-2011 was issued by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Surat, and subsequently one complaint is quashed and in another complaint, since matter was settled, case was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Surat, who issued notice dated 15-9-2011.
Permission is granted as prayed for. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Applicant is at liberty to take all the contentions raised here before Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Surat, who will decide the same on merits, in accordance with law and without being influenced by this order of withdrawal. Notice is discharged. Direct Service is permitted.
