JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under sec. 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the FIR being C.R. No. I-59/2011 registered with Padra Police Station, Dist. Vadodara.
Learned advocate Mr. Yash Nanavati states that now the charge-sheet has been filed and therefore he does not press this application with a view to approach the trial court with an application for discharge. Permission granted.
The application stands disposed of as not pressed.
