Let notice be issued, returnable on 28.6.2012.

The respondents shall file reply affidavit on or before 11.6.2012.

In the meanwhile, the respondent - competent authority may consider the representation / request made by the petitioner vide communications dated 7.3.2012 and 28.3.2012 and communicate the decision to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably before 26.6.2012.

Until the returnable date, no recovery shall be executed in pursuance of the orders dated 21.7.2011 and 25.11.2011.

Direct service is permitted.
