Heard Mr. HM Prachchhak, Ld. Advocate for the appellant/applicant and perused the impugned order passed by the trial Court and also perused the paper book supplied by Mr. Prachchhak, Ld. Advocate.
It is submitted that considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court, below application exh. 14, had granted the order of maintenance of status-quo qua the disputed land, but subsequently by virtue of the impugned order dated 22/3/2012 dismissed the temporary injunction application exh. 5 filed by the appellant - plaintiff.
Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr. Prachchhak, Ld. Advocate for the appellant, so also considering the papers supplied by Mr. Prachchhak, Ld. Advocate for the appellant, out of the record of the trial Court, NOTICE returnable on 14/06/2012. In the meanwhile, the status-quo order passed by the trial Court below application exh. 14 in the suit shall continue. DSP.
