The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 17.12.2018 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 17.12.2018 is corrected as under:
In 2nd line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 17.12.2018 after sections 354, 354-A, I.P.C. & 7/8 POCSO Act section 3(2) (5A) of Sc/ST Act is added and the same shall be read as sections 354, 354-A, I.P.C. & 7/8 POCSO Act & section3(2) (5A) of Sc/ST Act".
The correction application is accordingly disposed off.
