1. Heard Sri Satya Narayan Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rajesh Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State and perused the record.
2. This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India. In fact it is a suit for injunction seeking a direction upon respondents not to interfere in alleged construction over land in question.
3. Remedy available to petitioner in common law is to seek injunction by filing a suit before appropriate Court.
4. Writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
