The writ petition was disposed of as per Annexure A1 judgment in the following terms:
“4. After hearing both the sides and also considering the particular facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to take all further necessary steps to complete the proceedings and to effect the restoration of the property covered by Ext.P1 to the petitioner. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of 'four months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.”
2. Alleging contumacious act on the part of the respondents the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this proceedings. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 15.10.2014, the learned Government Pleader submitted that, direction contained in Annexure A1 judgment has already been complied with, passing final orders on 25.9.2014 and the petitioner wanted to confirm the position. A copy of the proceedings of the Chief Conservator of Forests and Custodian of Vested Forests, Eastern Circle, Palakkad-2 vide order No. B2-

10660/95 dated 25/09/2014 is placed for perusal of this Court. The learned Government Pleader also points out that, in furtherance to above order consequential order has been passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Nenmara as per proceedings No.C2-5061/98 dated 1.10.2014, a copy of which is also placed for consideration before this Court.
3. After hearing, this Court finds that, this is not a case where further steps are necessary to proceed under the Contempt of Courts Act. If there is any subsisting grievance for the petitioner, in respect of the orders passed, it is always open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
This matter stands closed accordingly.
