JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor have submitted that in respect of Crl.O.P.No.1837 of 2013, investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.4144 of 2014. Recording the said submission, Crl.O.P.No.1837 of 2013 is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
2.In respect of Crl.O.P.No.1838 of 2013, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is made ready, and he requires time to file the charge sheet. Recording the said submission, the respondent police is directed to file charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, Crl.O.P.No.1838 of 2013 is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
